Verizon Motorola 4G LTE Droid RAZR MAXX SmartPhone is $299.99
Motorola was forced to go with a built-in battery design like Apple's to achieve this device's slimness. The back casing is made from Kevlar and the front from Corning Gorilla Glass. The Droid RAZR also boasts a water repellent circuit board coating. Whether it can withstand going into a washing machine in your jeans pocket will be the question. The 4.3 Super AMOLED screen is large and bright. It's 1.2 Dual Core processor is a screamer and what's not to like about it's super slim form factor. Motorola has even built-in corporate government grade IT security putting this Android in contention with Samsung's Galaxy Sll for our best Android model. Here's where it gets tricky. There are now three very different Droid RAZR models. The original 16GB is $199.99, the 32GB version of the original is $249.99. In an Apple-like move, Motorola just released the newest "MAXX" a mere two months after the original. The Maxx adds memory. More importantly, the 1780mAh battery was replaced with an 3300mAh battery offering up to 1290 minutes of Talk. The next model will likely add global roaming.

Sprint Samsung Galaxy Sll 4G EPIC Touch SmartPhone
This 2nd generation galaxy SII is the current Android gold standard. It's screen is bigger, it's processor is faster, yet it's thickness is less than nearly all the other models.
