Hi Joel,
I used your advice, called my carrier and it was the easiest
phone call I have EVER had with a cell phone provider! Honestly,
in under 10 minutes, I told them exactly what you told me
to say, and they said, ah ha, someone has tutored you (but
they were very happy and friendly about it and told me to
thank you – I didn’t give them your name HA)
and presto, my bill was reduced $45-50 a month. And they
backdated it to last month like you told me to ask them
to do (and we didn’t have to change the plan, or add
new features + I have the 400 text message thing you told
me to get so I don’t run up texting bills). I already
told a friend of mine to save her money. I have NEVER had
such a pleasant experience with a phone company. And that
saves me $540 - $600 a year just because you were kind enough
to call and tell me about a deal that you had no financial
interest in. I am so happy you still have me on your list
of clients. And you were always so helpful as I was on my
way to Europe about the world calling / emailing Blackberry
plans. I can’t thank you enough!
