I used your advice, called my carrier and it was the easiest phone call I have EVER had with a cell phone provider! Honestly, in under 10 minutes, I told them exactly what you told me to say, and they said, ah ha, someone has tutored you (but they were very happy and friendly about it and told me to thank you – I didn’t give them your name HA) and presto, my bill was reduced $45-50 a month. And they backdated it to last month like you told me to ask them to do (and we didn’t have to change the plan, or add new features + I have the 400 text message thing you told me to get so I don’t run up texting bills). I already told a friend of mine to save her money. I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience with a phone company. And that saves me $540 - $600 a year just because you were kind enough to call and tell me about a deal that you had no financial interest in. I am so happy you still have me on your list of clients. And you were always so helpful as I was on my way to Europe about the world calling / emailing Blackberry plans. I can’t thank you enough!

Hey Guys

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for getting my mobile phone situation taken care of. I'm still in Iran, coming back tonight. The blackberry worked great. No problems at all after I purchased a sim card here and put it in. Can dial the U.S. direct with no problem also. I didn't even need the other phone (although it was nice to have as a backup).

I forgot to respond to your inquiry about the router. It is Awesome!!!!. I like it's portability and the strong signal it emits. I think it's the best for the money. I had been shopping for a mobile router, compatible with my aircard, for over a year. Hence, I know the price ranges and what's available. Also, thanks for the tech support on the mobile router when needed.
