Since the iPhone 8 series was released, the carriers apparently felt that they would not have to offer any special discounts to move them. They were wrong! Dr Wireless has been doing this long before there was any such thing as an iPhone. One thing that has been pretty consistent over the years has been Apple's consistent iPhone release product cycle. It seems the new models come out early in the year and the refreshment models, generally distinguished with an "s" with some new features and improvements hit the third week of September. This year, Apple screwed up. The 8 series landing the third week of September should have been the 7s and 7s+. Why? Because they look identical on the outside. Apple shot themselves in the foot this time. Anyone who truly wants the latest Apple technology is totally ignoring the iPhone 8 series. To make matters worse, Apple will have major iPhone X supply issues as they still must rely on other companies to make their screens, and other major components. Up until now, we have found the iPhone 7 series and Samsung Galaxy 7 models to be incredible buys at their discounted pricing. Well Verizon just started what I hope will be an iPhone 8 series and X price war. Here's your chance to trade in your iPhone 6s or 7 series and get $300 off and 8 or X series on big Red's Unlimited network.
